Long Course Training

Dear Members,

We are delighted to once again be able to provide Long Course training at the Becontree Leisure Centre on multiple Saturdays at 07:00 - 08:30 from October 2023 to February 2024, up until Essex Counties. Thereafter we will look to book as required for East Regionals. 

These sessions will be provided FREE of charge. These sessions are aimed at all swimmers in the Advanced Competitive and Competitive squads, particularly those aspiring to be County swimmers, plus our Head Coach invited County-able swimmers in the other 2 squads.

We look forward to welcoming you to Becontree so please enjoy and take advantage of this additional training.
